The Western New York Teacher Center is a collaborative of educators that provides professional development courses and resources to advance innovative, high quality instruction, as well as to support the member districts' visions and respond to the needs of teachers and the educational community.

We Believe
- On-going research into educational innovations must serve as the basis for authentic staff development activities
- Educators must have access to resources that will enable them to adequately address the needs of their students
- Attendance at conferences, seminars and workshops is the first step in the professionalization of education; additional training and a variety of supportive activities are essential in assuring the successful implementation of innovative techniques
