  • The Western New York Teacher Center is a collaborative of educators from Erie 1 BOCES, Clarence, Lancaster and Depew schools, higher education institutions and local businesses. Our center provides professional development courses and resources to advance innovative, high quality instruction, as well as to support districts' visions and respond to the needs of teachers and the educational community.

  • SAVE THE DATE:   Free Summer Conference

    The WNY Teacher Center will be hosting our 3rd annual summer conference on August 18, 2020 at Buffalo State College.  The theme of this year's conference is "Inspire." Our keynote speaker will be John Perricone,  author of Zen and the Art of Public School Teaching.  In addition to Mr. Perricone, participants will be able to attend breakout sessions on timely topics such as: Culturally Responsive Teaching, Trauma-Informed Classroom Practices, Social-Emotional Learning, Mindfulness in the Classroom, and more.  Come spend an inspiring day with colleagues from all over Western New York, and earn 5 FREE CTLE credits.
