Welcome to Kenton's Culinary Arts program. This is a two year program where students will participate in hands-on Culinary and Baking & Pastry techniques. Throughout the two year program students will learn the skills needed to obtain entry level positions in industry or go on for further education.

 

My educational background includes attending Kenton Career and Technical Center as a high school student. After graduation, I went on to the Culinary Institute of America where I completed my Bachelors Degree in Baking and Pastry Management. After working as a Chocolatier and Wedding Cake Designer locally, I obtained my Teaching Certification through Buffalo State College.
