     I have been employed by Erie 1 BOCES for
     the past 21 years as a Special Ed., 6:1:1,
     middle school teacher. I began in 1994
     working in the Center Based Program,
     and continued through June 2011. 
     During     the 2011/2012 school year I was  
     afforded an opportunity to work at JFK     
     Middle in a BOCES 6:1:1 classroom.
     Missing the emotional & behavioral support
     offered to students at the Center Based
     Program, I chose to return to the program.            
      Prior to Erie 1 BOCES, I worked at Bry-Lin
     Hospitals in the Child & Adolescent Unit.  
     I graduated with a Bachelor & Master of Science in Special Education,
    from D'Youville College. 
     
     
    I always look forward to new opportunities to gain new experiences, and to
    share what I have     learned. I strongly believe in new beginnings, and enjoy 
    working with those who want to make a difference, especially with children.
