    Interests/Hobbies:
    • I love to do anything active.  I play Ice Hockey in the winter and Softball in the Summer.  I spend lots of time outside in the summer and can often be found cycling in the mornings.    I also officiate Mens Ice Hockey for NCAA Division 1 and for the American Hockey League.  I find great enjoyment in training others and watching them progress and develop into better people.

    •    Youth Fitness is my passion. I practice what I preach in health and fitness, hoping to be a positive role model. I have coached Track and Cross Country for 11 years. I love the outdoors, trail running and marathon running. I have two children and love spending time with my family hiking, skiing and travel.
