• Visual Perceptual Skills needed in the classroom

     
    Visual perception: is the ability to use information we see with our eyes to discriminate letters or objects on paper or a blackboard.
     
    1. Visual discrimination- is the ability to distingush one object from another 
    2. Visual figure ground - is the ability to distingush between the foreground and the background.
    3. Visual closure- is the ability to understand what and object is with just a partial image 
    4. Visual memory- is the ability to remember what image looks like after the image is removed
