• The Brothers Grimm
    and
    Anne Sexton:
    A Transformation

    This unit covers selected fairy tales from the Brothers Grimm and  poems by Anne Sexton.  Students will look at how male and female stereotypes are supported by fairy tales, and how these fairy tales where transformed into poetry by Anne Sexton.  We will also examine historical event such as the feminist movement to see how these affected fairy tale.  Below are the links to assignments and pertinent websites.
