• the 80/20 rule

If you listen to a pod cast I recently posted, they talk about the "80/20" rule. What it is, is if you do the right thing 80% of the time you should be ok. (do the right thing = healthy diet, exercise, sleep and sunshine). You should be striving to do 100%, but at the end of the day if you reached at least 80% you are on the right track. However, some researchers are finding that people may use the rule as a fail safe or crutch and are really hitting 60/40 because they keep the idea of 80/20 as being good enough.

What do you think? Do you think you do the right things by your physical health at least 80% of the time? From day to day, do you hit the 80/20 mark?
