LAB RULES: 1) You must be in the appropriate uniform or you cannot enter the kitchen. 2) Follow the directions of your teacher immediately, and completely. 3) Do not touch any equipment or supplies unless directed to do so by your teacher. 4) Do not touch the project work of other students. 5) Complete clean-up job as assigned.
IF YOU CHOOSE TO BREAK A RULE: 1) 1st. time = verbal warning (student counseling form to student file) 2) 2nd time = written warning (student counseling form to student file) Loss of kitchen privileges. 3) 3rd. time = telephone call to parent or guardian (discipline referral to student file) Loss of kitchen privileges. 4) 4th. time = conference with parent/guardian. (discipline referral to student file) Loss of kitchen privileges. 5) 5th. time = conference with parent/guardian, Assistant Prinicpal, and loss of kitchen privileges. (discipline referral to student file)
REWARDS: 1) Extra Credit 2) Playing the game 20 questions 3) Popcorn & a movie 4) Special snack rewards 5) Chef of the month award.
